WELCOME TO THE DUNEDIN RSA Male Choir Web Pages
Rehearsals are being held from 7pm to 9pm every Monday evening in the Salvation Army Main Hall, 575 Princess Street Dunedin. New members are very welcome!
The 1943 Choir Picture
We are a Male Choir that was started by a returned soldier, Jimmy McNish at the end of 1919. For many years now the choir has numbered around 60, and has played an important and valued role in Dunedin City's cultural activities and the commemorative celebrations of significant historical events.
We sing a wide range of music from light classical music to “Welsh male voice choir” arrangements", hymns, musicals, traditional nonsense songs and anything that we like.

Our next engagement will be singing with Knox Church Choir at the Peace Sunday evening Service , 9th August, 7pm, at Knox Church (to be confirmed). The choir is also practicing for performances at The Grange and the Chatsford Lifecare Retirement Villages.

Upcoming Events:
Peace Sunday evening Service at Knox Church, 9th August, 7pm, the choir will join the Knox Church choir to sing for this evening service.
On Sunday afternoon, 16th August the choir will hold a concert at The Grange Lifecare Village, Mosgiel.
On Sunday afternoon, 30th August, the choir will hold the same concert at the Chatsford Lifecare Village, Mosgiel.
Passchendaele Service at the Dunedin Railway Station, 12th October (to be confirmed).
Remembrance day concert, 11th November - Venue to be decided.
